Making a purchase
Making a purchase is really straightforward:
All our products can be found in the Store section of the website (http://www.xshair.co.uk/store)
Just browse and click on any items that you wish to buy, and then add them to your shopping cart with the Add to Cart button.
Once you've finished making your selection, click on the Cart icon, and then the Show Cart button. This begins the checkout process.
Checkout - Login
With your shopping cart details in front of you, click the Checkout button. You'll be prompted to login (if you're a returning customer) or to register if you're new to the store.
Registration
Please provide us with accurate information - without it your order may not arrive on time, or at all - it's critical you make sure this information is correct. At least one phone number, preferably your mobile, if that's the one you use most, will help us should we need to speak with you regarding your order. Your delivery address should be where you want your order(s) delivered.
Checkout - Payment
So you're logged in, now you simply need to go through a few simple steps to make payment - make sure the Shipping Address is correct (this can be somewhere other than your credit card's registered address. Proceed onto Shipping Options - here you can decide to have your order sent via Royal Mail or to collect it in person as the Salon (and save the delivery fee in the process!).
Shipping Options
UK delivery is only £3.99 or FREE for orders over £75. We do not ship products overseas.
Delivery Schedule
We will ship your order in one single order - while some products are on our shelves, ready to ship, we may need to order other non-stock items. Thus, your order may take a number of days for delivery.
Please note the anticipated delivery times for all products - this detail can be readily viewed against individual product listings under the Availability / Usually ships in heading. The final step of the checkout process, before you enter the WorldPay Gateway, is for you to review your choices and Confirm the order.
WorldPay Payment Gateway
We accept credit card and debit payment via the WorldPay service. Details of the cards accepted are visible on all pages of our website, under the Accepted Payments heading.
WorldPay provides a secure, trustworthy location for your credit card transaction. Choose the type of card you wish to use, enter your card details and confirm payment. Once payment is made you'll received an on-screen reference (copied to your registered email address). To return to the Store, click the banner at the foot of the payment confirmation page.
Order Confirmation
The first email you'll receive immediately after making payment is from WorldPay - with a simple record of the transaction. No detail regarding your order, such as products themselves, comes via WorldPay .

- this is a sales receipt containing your registered details (at this point you might wish to check they're correct) and a record of the products ordered and your chosen delivery options.
The third email will come from XS again - this is a simple confirmation that your payment has been received.
We'll keep you up to date with your order progress - expect at least one further email from the store - either when your order has been despatched or is ready for collection (depending on your chosen delivery method)

Returns
To qualify for our 7 day, no-quibble return guarantee simply email us (within 7 days of receiving the goods), detailing the following:
1. The original order number
2. The product code(s) of the product(s) you intend to return
3. Whether you want a replacement or a refund
When you receive confirmation from us (of receipt of your returns email) you can proceed with the return: The item(s) must be un-opened and in the same condition as you received them. They must be returned to us via Royal Mail Recorded delivery - you must ensure you retain that proof of postage. Once we have received and checked the returned item(s) we'll refund your credit or debit card with the full payment price. NB We do not refund delivery charges.
VAT
For all orders 20% VAT is included in the quote price.
